Amadudu Refuge is a refuge for women fleeing domestic violence. It specialises in offering a service to women from the BRM community but will take referrals from all sections of the community.  Amadudu Refuge   is a community based economic regeneration agency based in Liverpool 8. It was established in 1993 by a group of local residents and agencies including Toxteth Community Council, Liverpool City Council, Southern Training Granby Toxteth Task Force and others.

Dingle Community Theatre 

Dingle Community Theatre is a Registered Charity, (charity register no: 1098183) specialising in Drama and Performance, operating from The Dingle Area of Liverpool.
It consists of a Community Drama Group, which has a full annual programme. It also has a "core" group of experienced actors and performers who produce its specialised Drama productions in areas such as Health and Education.  The vast majority of the group are amateur actors with a love for performance and a positive attitude to the Community.   You can find out how to join, annual performance programme lisiting, campaign for a local theatre and more on their website link below:

Friends of the Florrie are a local pressure group working with all the agencies and stakeholders to redevelop the Florrie into a multi-ethnic community centre for all ages and abilities. They hold monthly public meetings and make contact with former Florrie members throughout the world via their new website.

Kuumba Imani : Millennium Centre (KIMC) new build is an innovative Community Resource situated in Toxteth Liverpool which is the established historical base of the local black and ethnic minority communities. Perform L8!

Perfrom L8 is a local community drama group for young people.   Dingle Community Theatre has worked with groups of young people on plays, talent shows and workshops. Perform L8 was set up to give a higher profile to Youth Work.  In 2007 Peform L8 have perfrom "Tempest" adaptation at the Galdstone Theatre in the Leverhulme festival, Liverpool Museum and Community College Arts Centre to name a few.
